I’m going to write about a
band call Calle 13. I know this band in the year 2007 when I hear
"atrévete te" and from this momento I like your music. Calle 13
is a band of urban music from Puerto Rico. The principal singer is René but
everyone call he Residente. Too, in this band sings Visitante and the sister of
René, Pg 13.
The type of music that they
play is a mix of rap, hip-hop, bossa nova and salsa and too electronic music. I
like this band because of the rhythm of the songs, the lyrics are ironic and
have a social commentary about interesting topics. My favorite song is "Latinoamérica"
because in my opinion is a portrait of the Latin American culture and the value
of its people
Hi "Peace"! At the beggining Calle13 doesn't like me, but manny months later, when I was driving I heard a song of Calle13... and I pay attention to the lyrics... and I like it haha

hi! i don't like so much this band, but i have a good impression about rene, who visited our university on 2011, when the students were mobilized in Chile. he was a nice person with who wet to Casa central and sending messages of support for the cause.
